We are looking for a Data and Insight Analyst to join our Global Business Systems team. Reporting to our Data and Insights Lead, you will be given the opportunity to design and manage reports across all areas of the business - Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing and Product. You will be responsible for the collection and organisation of data from various sources to gather insights that will assist our business decisions.

What will you be working on as the Data and Insight Analyst?

• Collecting, transforming, and interpreting data
• Organising data into usable formats
• Analysing data to find answers to specific questions
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases
• Assessing quality of data and removing or cleaning data
• Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
• Preparing reports for executives
• Creating visualisations of data

What experience do you need to become a Data and Insight Analyst at LEAP Dev?

• 3+ years’ experience as an insights analyst, data analyst, or data scientist.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, R, and data modelling.
• Exposure to Fivetran, dbt and ELT data integration process preferred.
• Experience in undertaking statistical data analysis and development of reports/dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
• The ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
• The ability to analyse large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with CRMs and Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce preferred.
